Event Schedule

- Registration Opens!
- 1/10/2025
- Registration forms and fees must be received by this day.
- 2/28/2025
- Arrival at campsite, no earlier than 3:30 PM, Scout Master needs to check-in. Scout substitutions may be made until the end of troop check-in. No class substitutions can be made the morning of the event.
- 3/1/2025
- 7:15 AM check-in unless your troop checked in at camp on Friday. Assemble at Cater Lawn (signs will be posted) in the morning at approximately 7:30 AM for classes at 8:00 AM. There will be a campfire at the Chewacla campsite that night after it gets dark.
- 3/2/2025
- Troops depart no later than 10:30 AM.
